As part of the company's growth by acquisition strategy, Microsoft has become a ERP software market share leader within the SMB (small and midsize business) industry. Microsoft acquired Great Plains Software in 2000 shortly after Great Plains acquired Solomon Software. Microsoft then acquired Navision software shortly after Navision acquired Axapta. This roll-up strategy has left Microsoft with four separate SMB enterprise resource planning software solutions which share little synergy, however, are each mature and reputable solutions which continue largely separate channel resources, support programs and product evolution.

This Dynamics GP (formerly called Great Plains) presentation provides the broadest view of the product offering. The review topics include decision making, user productivity, ease of use and software flexibility.

Key focus points include ease of use, integration with MS office, Outlook and SharePoint, sales order workflow, process approvals, cash flow management and general accounting software functionality.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Flash Presentation (25 minutes)
This online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software demonstration summarizes the highlights of sales force automation (SFA), marketing management, customer service and partner relationship management (PRM). Selective screens, pages and navigation illustrate high level ease of use and software flexibility. The CRM software integration to MS Outlook is a key theme throughout the presentation.
